Stepping into Pension Chapeau-Claque was a delightful surprise. The friendly, helpful owner made us feel right at home. Our room at the back of the property was a peaceful oasis, especially during the heatwave. The generous bed ensured a restful sleep, while the spotlessly clean surroundings added to the tranquility. Breakfast, with delicious scrambled eggs, was a highlight, enjoyed on the terrace in the cool morning breeze. The bistro's light meals and fresh beer were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A charming retreat centrally located, making it easy to access the town's attractions and parking. A true gem indeed.
